Commercial Finance Business Partner

My client, a globally recognised, multi-faceted and a £multi billion turnover FMCG business, currently have a fantastic opportunity opening up in their offices for a Commercially focussed Finance Business to support the Head of Commercial Finance and specifically the Sales operation of this highly successful division. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and supply finance support of a portfolio of brands. You will also be an active member of the executive team; challenging, influencing and supporting key stakeholders including the SMT and Sales Directors. Responsibilities will include: pricing support, promotional evaluation support, new product development, delivery of short and long term business plans, strategic financial support and evaluation, project management and development of sales support models. This role will suit a CIMA or ACA qualified Accountant of high graduate calibre and possessing superb interpersonal skills; ideally combined with relevant post-qualified experience in a commercial and strategically focused role in a product focused business or retailer. More important than this, however, is the ability to "lead" rather than "support"; as they are looking for a true Business Partner who can interface at all levels.
