Roles:
With over 200,000 members across the UK this is an exciting opportunity to work for one of UK's leading membership bodies. Working as part of a finance team of 6 people you'll be reporting to the Director of finance & fundraising. This position has been created to assist the team through a particularly busy period.
In the first instance, you'll be responsible for completing the VAT submissions, so applicants must have experience of completing the VAT process, ideally within an organization with multi income streams. You will be required to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of VAT exemptions and relevant HMRC processes.
You will also be involved in assisting with the monthly management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, month end journals and you'll be responsible for managing various budget holders.
