The business has 70 employees across five offices in London, Reading, Guildford, Edinburgh and Hong Kong.

Duties

  • Production of monthly management accounts 4 UK Companies and 1 Hong Kong Company
  • Preparation of periodic budgets and forecasts
  • Production and reporting of cash flow forecasts
  • Preparation of Yearend Accounts
  • VAT Returns
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Intercompany Journals and Reconciliation
  • Control of Debtors and Creditors

Requirements

  • Part qualified in a professional accountancy qualification
  • Experience producing accounts to Trial Balance, Debtors / Creditors processing and control including Bank Reconciliations - Essential
  • Experience assisting with month end accounts, working on Xero and in the Recruitment industry - Ideal but not essential
  • A superb communicator - excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all staff members
  • Computer literate, with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of packages such as Outlook and Word
  • Professional, proactive and self-motivated with a drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges
