Finance Manager

A global Renewable Energy Business are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team

Your new company
A global renewable energy business with a focus on Solar and Wind energy are currently going through a global growth phase. With the backing of a multinational conglomerate, this company have been supported to grow their business on a global level and establish themselves as a market leader. They are now standing on their own two feet and adding to the team as their target commercial input from the accounting team

Your new role
The position will be leading a small team in the delivery of monthly management accounts as well as the production of year end statutory accounting. The role will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will have regular exposure to senior operational stakeholders from the word go.

Duties

Review and analysis of company performance
Responsible for timely production of financial accounting
Implementing process improvements at all times by identifying and seeking improvements
Business partnering with operational budget holders
Ad hoc project work

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be motivated to work in a small to medium sized organisation where company and personal performance are aligned.
Coming into the business you will need to be qualified and have the technical ability to review and add value when taking responsibility for the overall delivery of monthly accounting.
You will be seen as a senior manager from the word go so it is essential you have the communication to deal with senior stakeholders
