Purchase Ledger Assistant
Bradford
Our client a fast paced and growing organisation based in Bradford are looking to recruit and experience Purchase Ledger Administrator to join the team. This role will form an integral part of the finance team and duties will include;
Processing invoices for payment
Accounts/supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with dispute resolutions
Actioning any necessary requests
Review of supplier invoice errors/disputes
Calling suppliers regarding missing invoices
General administration duties as part of the wider team
You will have excellent organisational skills and have experience of dealing with high volume processing. You will have strong Excel skills and experience of Pegasus Opera would be an advantage but is not essential.
39.5 hours per week ( early finish on a Friday), onsite parking and staff discount
Salary guide £17356 per annum
