Credit Controller

Responsibilities will include:

• We are working together as team to clean and get the accounts up to date.

• This includes email and follow up phone calls with the clients.

• Working closely with the account managers for their knowledge of the client and assistance with collections when appropriate.

• Investigating the mispostings and searching for wrongly applied cash in other accounts or through reviewing past email communications
