Axon Moore are working with a professional organisation who are looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager. The role reports in to the Finance Director and is based in Harrogate.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of year end accounts
• Monthly management accounts
• Financial analysis of management information
• Manage and mentor a small team
• Preparation of cash flow statement
• Ensure the preparation of quarterly VAT returns in line with current tax legislation, submission of returns, communication with HMRC and timely payment of tax due
• Effectively building working relationships with both employees and external contacts
• Ad hoc projects as required
The Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Self-motivation and excellent time and project management skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
