Group Accountant

<p>One of the UK's most well know and trusted brands is looking to recruit a Group Accountant for their London office. Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, you will take responsibility for preparing monthly Group Management Accounts, including first review of results – liaison with and questioning of regional finance teams.</p> <p>Other responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Review monthly Sales and Opportunities reports prepared by junior team member</li> <li>Consolidate annual budget packs and quarterly forecast packs</li> <li>Manage monthly intercompany cash settlement process – prepare data, liaise with Business Units, reconcile settlements</li> <li>Prepare year-end reporting analysis and other ad hoc analysis as requested by Group CFO / Group Finance Controller</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA) with strong experience using Excel is essential (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS etc).
