A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a commercial finance manager.

You will be responsible for providing a full commercial finance business partner service to the relevant division. The role owns the finance responsibility for the commercial end to end process from bids to cash for that business.

• Business partner of the division (or divisions) and their senior team, providing and structuring the information for the team's reporting to the Board.
• Be the trusted 'go to' person for all of the Members commercial needs and demonstrate financial integrity at all times.
• Utilise a variety of financial techniques to demonstrate, influence and drive 'best in class' economic performance.
• Construct and develop business investment cases or bids/proposals to ensure the net income, profit and (especially) cash of the division (or divisions) is maximise
• Ensure working capital is maximised by controlling and minimising WIP and PIA and by assisting the credit controllers with difficult customers as appropriate.

The commercial finance manager will need to show:

• Proven experience of driving change through an organisation to getting a new team to deliver value and insight
• Ability to analyse data and provide senior heads of department or directors with the commercial analysis to ensure correct decision making
