CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom - Our client, a highly successful & acquisitive business based on the outskirts of Cambridge has an opportunity for a Commercial Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role will provide financial and commercial decision making support to the sales and marketing teams across all channels.
The role reports into the Senior Commercial Analyst and is a superb opportunity to develop business partnering skills. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing financial advice to commercial plans and proposals, including scenario modelling.
* Budgeting and forecasting.
* Performance analysis and commentary.
* Process improvement.
Suitable candidates will be part or fully qualified with strong analytical skills gained ideally (though not essentially) from within the FMCG, manufacturing or retail sectors. You should be able to demonstrate experience of business partnering and be confident of your ability to support decision making through financial support, analysis and advice.
This is a fast paced environment so candidates should be comfortable with change and be pro active in terms of business process development.
salary £40,000 - £42,000
