An exciting opportunity is now available for a forward thinking and progressive Cash Allocation manager where a specific need for working in the catering industry is essential. You will be working for a globally recognised business in a fast paced commercial setting where you will oversee a medium sized team reviewing complex reconciliation work and reporting directly into senior Directors. This is a new role within a large corporate business where you will have the capability to alter processes how you see fit and leave a long lasting impression on the business.

The Cash Allocation manager position would be suitable for a candidate who has previous team management exposure and has a good hold of reconciliation work both high volume and complex. Most importantly, experience within the catering sector is essential, namely experience of allocating cash deposits from sites through a cash collection company like G4S or Loomis.

This is an opportunity to enhance your chances for further career progression as senior management will look to you to improve the accounting function.

Ideally you will:

  • Have worked within the catering sector in an accounting position with exposure to cash matching and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Have managed a team in the past whether this be large or small
  • Be a confident individual capable of taking on a newly formed role within a global business
  • Have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with both your team and other stakeholders surrounding the business including Directors
