Role: Finance Management Accountant
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Temp to Perm

A global FMCG market leader require a Management Accountant to provide operational reporting and analytically support. Procedural improvements and project work is to be undertaken on an ad hoc basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest companies of its kind globally.

Key Challenges

1) As a divisional group of companies geographically spread across America's, Europe and Asia. This role mostly focuses on the UK but has exposure to overseas activity timely cash collection to maintain low DSO

2) The contact points across the business are Logistics /Production Manager, Reuse Operations Manager, Sales Directors, UK Finance colleagues, Corporate Finance team

3) An important aspect of the role is to ensure that colleagues from other departments understand the financial impacts of their business decisions.

Qualifications Required

ACMA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent - May consider candidates who are qualified by experience.

Key Responsibilities / Experience

* Familiarity with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIF functions is required
*Experience of multi-site international sales driven organisation
*Knowledge of current reporting environment particularly IFRS
*Experience working with colleagues who are overseas
*Would need to be familiar with the Matrix Structure
*Exposure to consumer/commodity goods environment
*Reporting using complex Excel models
*Margin Analysis
*Monthly stock reconciliation from inventory
*Monthly GRNI reconciliation
*Write monthly Reuse Operations report
*Prepare monthly UK Journal Upload Files
*Monthly OLAP reporting to Corporate
*Prepare annual Statutory Accounts for the two entities
*Knowledge of Rebates
*Prepare annual budgets
*Verification of payments to be made
*Quarterly IPR return
