An opportunity has arisen to join an established Technology organisation as Finance Director, working with the CEO you will be responsible for driving the business forward into its next phase of growth.
You will have experience of working for growing SME's and implementing and influencing commercial financial strategies and operations.
Your duties shall include
- Responsible for all aspects of the finance function - including long term financial strategy
- Have experience of fundraising and operations
- Ensure statutory requirements are met
- Preparation of management accounts for CEO with commentaries
- Management of a UK and international subsidiary
- Negotiating with suppliers
- Developing and drafting contract agreements and negotiating terms
- Exposure to HR
This role shall suit;
- A Commercial Focused Finance Director
- Someone who is ACA qualified
- Experience of working with small high-growth organisations and a corporate environment
- Strong verbal communications and ability to present
- Experience of raising finance for a business in order to take it to the next level
