An international financial accounting manager is required by one of the East Midlands leading employers. The role has been specifically created to support and help develop their international accounting functions in a project based remit. Being based within a high profile and high calibre group finance function, you will work closely with the commercial finance team to ensure profitability and explore further international expansion. Headlines include:
• Have responsibility for Financial accounting oversight for all of our overseas entities including China, Russia and Czech republic
• Set up new accounting processes for our expansion in India as well as scoping new opportunities for the business
• Work closely with Commercial Finance to drive profitability in our overseas entities
• Work as the key liaison between overseas accounting and operation teams, treasury, tax, finance operations and company secretarial
• Review and put in place improved processes and controls to the current set up
• Run a virtual team across multiple locations including India, Schneider Group Russia and a local China team
