Finance Director

A Private Equity backed multi-site resource management and sustainable energy company with an impressive track record of growth to date is looking to appoint a Finance Director. Now about to embark upon an exciting period of change as they prepare for a sale over the next 2-3 years and the next phase of growth.

The Finance Director will provide financial leadership to the board and the wider finance function. Initially building a dedicated finance team to drive the business forward.

You will manage and take responsibility for the bank debt syndicate, facility agent and security trust, lead in future debt refinancing and the sale process.

Provide excellent stakeholder management with all internal parties and multiple external banks, advisory and legal practices. Provide financial analysis, support and insight to inform strategic plans and evaluate new business development opportunities with the potential opening of a new site as well.

Poised for the next stage in its development the business now requires a highly competent, technically astute and commercially minded individual.

The ideal candidate will be a big 4 qualified chartered accountant (ACA) with significant financial, commercial and operational experience preferably gained in a similar multi-site environment. You will ideally possess prior experience gained within a Private Equity backed business and should be capable of running both a tightly controlled finance function and acting as a commercial business partner.
