Greenwelgleeson are recruiting for the position of Senior Accountant / Client Manager for a growing practice with a base in Telford paying £25 - £32kThis person will be working directly under the partner and will be there to assist in setting up a new office over the next 18 months.Basic tasks of the role will include but are not limited to· Assisting director with the management of a portfolio of clients· Preparation of accounts of sole traders, partnerships, companies and charities with detailed working papers· Preparation of management accounts· Preparation of self-assessment tax returns· Preparation of corporation tax computations and returns· Preparation of forms P11D· Bookkeeping from source records using Sage 50 Accounts and Xero· Preparation of VAT returns· Assisting client bookkeepers/accountants· Clearing queries with clients· Supervising and training less experienced staff You will have a minimum of 3 years in practice specifically within the accounts prep environment, and be part qualified - qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
