Management Accountant

IPS Finance is currently recruiting a dynamic individual to head up the Bradford based finance team, reporting into the UK Financial Director of a manufacturing group. The successful individual will have responsibility for producing timely and accurate management accounts and information, the role will provide the opportunity to be heavily involved in development work throughout the UK group, meaning it will be ideally suited to a self-starting, process driven individual. In order to succeed in this role strong systems experience is required, and an analytical approach is essential. You will be a fully qualified accountant and will have experience in;

- Producing accurate management accounts to meet the group reporting timetable.
- Completing VAT returns
- Managing the nominal ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled
- Maintain the Fixed Asset register
- Producing daily flash reports and investigating margin queries.
- Oversee the Bradford based finance staff.
- Support the Financial Director as and when required.

Good knowledge of excel is required and our client uses Navision.
