Management Accountant

Our client is looking for an interim to permanent, Management accountant. Supporting the Financial Controller of the division, this is a broad and challenging opportunity for a CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or final stage studier, to join this leading organisation in its field.  The role will involve the provision of financial, strategic and commercial input to the senior leadership, commercial and operations teams.  You will produce monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts; month end journals and prepayments; fixed asset maintenance; KPIs; MI reporting and analysis; data modelling and ad hoc projects.  Previous experience within project or contract accounting would be highly advantageous.  You will have strong IT skills, including advanced Excel, and SAP experience would be beneficial.  This role involves considerable business partnering with both finance and non-finance departments, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
