Interim Group Reporting/Consolidations Manager

Our multinational services client require an Interim Group Reporting/Consolidations Manager for 6 months to start at the end of May/ beginning of June. You will be based in West London and report into the Director of Group Reporting. You will be responsible for the quarterly consolidation of 3 listed groups in US GAAP as well as preparing the quarterly commentary for internal and external reporting. You will be required to review the balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow, ensuring all analysis and commentary is prepared as necessary. You will also have management of SOX controls, ensuring compliance and liaising with other functions in order to assist and resolve ad-hoc accounting queries. You must be very hands-on with strong technical accounting knowledge in USGAAP/IFRS and experience within a large multinational group is preferred.
