My client is a growing organisation operating within the Facilities Management and Support Services sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Financial Controller.
Within the role you will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team, supporting a business with ambitious growth plans. You will ensure tight financial controls are in place and that the business is run within agreed financial targets. You will also be involved in defining, implementing and driving the strategic direction of the business, liaising and negotiating with clients and suppliers and looking to generate new revenue streams.
To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with an excellent track record within a senior finance role. Strong communication skills and commercial acumen are essential as is experience of defining and implementing organisational strategy. Prior experience in the Facilities Management sector is essential. This is a hands on role and applicants must be comfortable operating in a small but growing organisation.
