My client is a highly regarded property company who is looking for a Financial Controller to manage and motivate the team as well as supporting the Finance Director.
Duties will include:
- Commercial analysis of key financial data
- Responsible for short term cashflow reporting
- Assisting the regional Finance Director in the preparation and submission of the annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Responsible for monthly management accounts process, including variance analysis, reporting and reconciliations
- Responsible for production of monthly board meeting packs
- Ad hoc duties
You will be a hands on accountant with suitable experience operating at a senior level. You will have exceptional financial analysis skills and technical accounting experience.
