The Opportunity
Fintatal are leading recruiters placing interims into fast pace, challenging, private equity backed businesses. We’re currently recruiting a Finance Integration Lead for a PE backed managed services business, based near Holborn. Following private equity backing and successful streamlining of processes and procedures, they have now moved on to complete 3 acquisitions, meaning interim resource is required.
The Role
The role is likely to last 3-6 months and will be responsible for the integration of the 3 acquired businesses. You’ll ensure the systems, process and controls are standard across the group, as well as setting up the management reporting templates for the new businesses. Ad hoc work for the CFO will be required, as well as on-going process improvement including automation.
The Requirements
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified with extensive integration experience within highly acquisitive businesses. Exposure to private equity backed businesses is also highly beneficial. The contract is likely to last a total of 3-6 months, and will pay £400 - £500 per day.
