A specialist Financial Services firm based in Lichfield, is seeking a Group Financial Controller to join the business at time of significant growth brought about by recent acquisitions. The Group Financial Controller will report in to the Finance Director, and will be No.2 in Finance, with responsibility for a large Finance team.
The Company
The successful Group Financial Controller will be working for a firm that provides Investment, Savings and Insurance services for its customers, this is a forward thinking organisation, which is very ambitious and continues to grow organically and through acquisition. They have a rich history and are very well respected and recognised within the industry.
The Role
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for continuously developing the financial control environment, and managing the implications of latest regulatory / accounting standards developments, whilst providing strategic insight in ensuring proactive management of financial arrangements. The role will also involve supporting the internal and external reporting for the Group.
