Financial Controller

Our exclusive client is a multi-award winning privately owned manufacturing group that has seen their organisation experience high levels of growth both organically and through acquisition.  With revenue c£20 million and further expansion planned, they now seek to recruit a high calibre Financial Controller that will provide essential support to the owners and drive best practice across the financial function.

Your duties will include

• Development of a group finance accounting structure
• Management of an existing finance department
• Management of external relationships
• Deliver timely and accurate management accounts, budgets and business forecasts
• Seek to develop current systems and process to support further rapid growth
• Management of the organisations current systems
• Support in further identification and integration of further acquisitions
• Provide financial analysis in areas such as manufacturing and NPD

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant CIMA, ACA or ACCA with experience preferably of:

• Working within the SME sector
• Implementation of best practice across
• A warm and engaging style of communication
• Experience working alongside both board level and operational management
• The ability to deliver credibility to external piers and advisors
• Ambition and drive to develop your career towards the role of Finance Director within a fast moving and exciting organisation
