Management Accountant

A very well established fast-moving consumer goods business require a Management Accountant to join their team in Doncaster. The business is steeped in over 100 years of history and they have grown to be a £300 million turnover company that can offer superb career opportunities.

Our client is wanting an ambitious and self-starting Management Accountant to help produce the monthly management accounts. The successful candidate will report into the Financial Controller and will be responsible for:

*Assisting in the production of the monthly management accounts
*Cash flow forecasting
*Producing monthly journals
*Overseeing sales and purchase ledger
*Bank Reconciliations
*Credit Control
*Cashbook

The ideal candidate will be driven and work well as part of a large team. The candidate should be determined to accelerate their career path by increasing their knowledge of the wider accounting function. The applicant must be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA or CIMA. Experience in the sector is desirable but exposure to any high-intensity environment is also relevant.
