I'm currently working with a global, market leading digital software company who have recently gone through a period of existential growth following a recent acquisition. They are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to aid growth and drive individual business units forward. This role sits within the FP&A function and is highly visible throughout the business.
Key duties:
- Identifying key drivers of business unit performance and liaising with directors to grow revenue
- Monthly reporting on performance vs. forecast and identifying any potential opportunities or issues
- Production of accurate short/medium/long term planning and forecasting models to support e-commerce and sales teams in producing and comprehending their operating and financial plans
- Preparation of profitability, KPI, P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Assist in financial modelling in regards to new business opportunities
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Excellent analytical skills
- Financial modelling capabilities and the ability to demonstrate
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
