The ideal candidate will be a Fully Qualified Accountant who has a strong background working in a Management Accountants position, preferably within manufacturing, and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Experience of automotive is highly advantageous. You will have a confident approach to dealing with colleagues at all levels and will be a self starter who works well as part of a team and in a standalone capacity. You will be able to manage heavy workloads across various deadlines and appropriately challenge decisions where necessary. You will be a pro-active problem solver with a real drive to add value and help a business grow and develop.

This is a permanent role that offers visible career progression to an individual who is able to prove themselves in the role. You will work as part of a team of Qualified Accountants who will be producing monthly Management Accounts and reporting for this division of the business. Your team will promote financial control and will produce budgets and forecasts; you will provide account reconciliation support. You will be adept at liaising with colleagues across both finance and non-finance departments to ensure accurate and insightful analysis.
