Finance Manager for Ultra High Growth Business

Talented accountant on an upward trajectory required for an ultra-high growth organisation in Southampton who have increased their turnover, revenues and head count in a short space of time. They seek a highly driven individual to seize the opportunity to grow with the organisation. Your new role
Reporting to the CFO you will manage the local finance team ensuring that the business manages and maintains rigour financial controls through continuous process improvement. You will coordinate the month, half year and year end process whilst ensuring the senior leaders receive relevant and timely management information which helps the business to understand performance and KPIs. You will have plenty of rope in order to influence the business in a commercial capacity as the company look at innovative ways to further influence growth.

What you'll need to succeed
This role is well suited to a recently qualified accountant and may represent an excellent 1st move out of a chartered environment. Alternatively you may have previously worked for an impressive listed brand and seek a move into a fast growing SME where there is pressure to succeed but where the rewards are high. You will demonstrate excellent leadership potential, a strong communication style, an exceptional work ethic and a strong desire to success amongst a growth of high performers.
