Business Services Senior

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting one of Sheffield's leading firms of Chartered Accountants who are currently recruiting for a qualified ACA or ACCA Senior Accountant to join the firm in the position of Business Services Senior Executive.

The division predominately specialise working mainly with owner managed businesses which are typically around the £3-4 million t/o, although the department does have a number of clients that have larger turnovers and require a statutory audit. The department offers Sage specialist advice and training, management accounting, auditing, partnership taxation, statutory year end accounting and one off project work.

Supporting the departments Manager and Director, the Business Service Executive/ Senior Accountant will oversee all aspects of completion of statutory and management accounts work, audit fieldwork (less than 50% of the role), prepare and review work papers and drafts of the financial statements. It is also key that the individual has gained exposure to client facing work and have excellent technical experience within management and financial accounting, business advisory work, corporate and personal taxation and Sage accounting.
