Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working in an exclusive partnership with a leading manufacturing business as the look to appoint a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their finance team and aid with the delivery of the overall business strategy.

Based from their modern offices in Worksop, this job role will see you play a visible and key role within the commercial team.

This successful Finance Business Partner will require a visible and proactive approach to providing key stakeholders with the financial support and analysis to ultimately drive the business forward. You will be required to work effectively with budget holders and play a key role in the preparation and production of budgets, forecasts and the monthly management reporting.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

*Lead the month end close reporting from a financial perspective (P&L analytics) and to report to group for consolidation
*Prepare the documentation for the Board, including analysis of risks and opportunities and any strategic decisions to be taken
*Support in the business tracking, covering deviations in SKU costing, P&L performance and business KPIs
*Deliver the approved business plan by ensuring alternative variable fully costed options are available to mitigate risks; ensuring awareness of market trends
*Work cross functionally to understand the whole business process, from factory floor to board room
*Provide analysis for costing and pricing strategies
*Lead on the budgeting process and the rolling forecast reviews for the site
*Managing external relationships to build a cost transparent model
*Provide group wide support on ad-hoc projects

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*Proven experience working in an analytical finance role
*Experience in business partnering and challenging and influencing key decision making
*Great communication skills
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Strong systems skills (SAP would be highly beneficial)
*Exposure to a fast pace manufacturing/FMCG environment
*This role will require regular travel on both a national and international basis
