Financial Accounting Manager Paying £55k - £60k + Excellent Benefits Based in West Sussex

Your new company
You will responsible for the financial accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance functions within a large organisation based in West Sussex. You will also enjoy working as part of a large team that is continuously growing with the business.

Your new role
Your Key responsibilities include - Heading up the technical finance functions, and business partnering with the CFO and senior business managers. Implementing best practice accounting policies and procedures in line with IFRS. Managing a small finance team. Planning, co-ordinating and delivering the statutory reporting. You will also be responsible for the successful delivery of specific projects across the Finance function as allocated by the CFO or Head of Financial Control.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with experience at a group level. You will also have experience of developing relationships and working with a network across a large organisation. knowledge of SAP and reporting tools, and In depth knowledge of IFRS and statutory consolidation procedures. Experience of managing teams and a demonstrable track record of staff development.
