Head of FP&A

greenwellgleeson are working in partnership with an established brand who are looking to recruit a capable finance professional to lead the FP&A team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for producing consolidated monthly financial information and reporting packs for both group and operational management. You will also lead the production of periodic forecasts, lead the annual business planning process and produce finance and operational KPIs. Additionally and importantly you will be the lead business partner with divisional MD's providing commercial insight aimed as improving business performance and delivering on strategy. To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of working in a large complex organisation, you will need to be technically up to date and have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders across business. Finally experience of financial services and the insurance industry would be an advantage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly profitable multinational business
