The Role
- Responsible for managing the finance team
- Improving financial processes & efficiencies
- Sharing strategic plans with the board to improve the finance offering
- Proficient in handling management & statutory accounts
- Keeping 'hands on' with budgets & forecasts
- Acting as a finance business partner for commercial management
- Overseeing all financial controls
- Dealing with other management duties on a frequent basis
The Candidate
- Finance experience in a commercial organisation
- Management experience (supervisory experience also sufficient)
- CCAB Qualified Accountant
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferential)
- Eagerness to enhance a finance function and it's staff
