Finance Director

A fast-growing PE backed recruitment business is seeking an experienced Finance Director to help prepare and professionalise the business for future sale. As an international organisation, they have a strong presence within both UK and international markets.

As number one in finance, key parts of the role involve overseeing the finance function for the management team and preparing the business for a transaction. The position requires the candidate to have a very hands-on approach in order to contribute to this growth, and prior experience seeing through an exit process is preferable.

The nature of the industry requires a Finance Director that is comfortable working closely with the operations of a people-based business as well as positively influencing people within the company. The role will require finely tuned analytical skills and experience presenting strategies and reports to a board of Directors.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Finance Director in an autonomous business, preferably PE backed, within the professional services sector. The role is looking for someone who is able to easily transition and move into a fast growing and dynamic business.
