Finance Manager

A well-known Logistics business in Sheffield are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join their team. This varied management position has a clear route of progression to Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity and your responsibilities will include:

Day to day financial control for the closed book network.

Ensure the businesses weekly and period reporting is on time and is accurate.

Manage a team of 2.5 FTE.

Work alongside non-financial managers to develop strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the budget and flex mechanisms.

Ensuring all sales and purchase ledger routines are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Supporting the Financial Controller in the production of budgets / forecasts.

Collation of weekly KPIs for Warehouse and Transport Operations.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

Collation of payroll information.

Ad-hoc reporting as required.
