Senior Manager / Partner designate

Through a combination of growth plans and succession issues this highly regarded medium size Independent Chartered Accountancy Practice is looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Manager, Director or Partner designate to join the firm.

The firm is well established and provides a full range of Audit and Accounting, Tax and Business Advisory services to a broad range of OMB and SME clients. The firm operates as a true Partnership and the quality of the Partner team, staff and infrastructure is impressive. They work with clients ranging from small entrepreneurial OMBs to large private groups and international businesses across a range of sectors including Property, Hospitality and Leisure, Professional Practices and Media.

The firm is progressive and ambitious and is looking for a like minded individual to assist with its continued growth. As such you are likely to be ACA or ACCA qualified with proven Audit and Advisory or General Practice experience and client handling skills gained within a reputable Accountancy Practice. Specialist sector or technical skills may be welcomed but are not essential.

Ideally you will be an ambitious Senior Manager or Director looking for a genuine and defined route to Partnership but existing salaried Partners will also be considered if there is some fee following and you can demonstrate proven work winning and client handling skills.

With succession issues over the coming years there will be considerable scope to take on additional clients and responsibilities from the retiring Partners.
