Finance Business Partner / FP&A Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a high growth business in a brand-new role as Finance Business Partner / Head of Financial Planning.

As the Finance Business Partner / Head of Financial Planning you and your 3 reports will work closely with Department Heads including the CFO to provide detailed commercial analysis. Influencing key business decisions by providing a detailed understanding of the key drivers, financial impact of strategic initiatives and highlighting performance against budget.

Key accountabilities include: Management of short and long term financial planning, development of management information and business intelligence tools, acting as finance business partner to sales and operations teams to drive the importance of finance, supporting growth plans including future acquisitions and integrations, creating business models and adding value and insight to business cases, Managing your team and Ad-hoc projects

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with a background in FMCG or Retail, who has demonstrable experience and commercial exposure to senior operational managers.

Strong analytical, financial planning and influencing skills are essential, together with advanced Excel / modelling skills.
