They are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their team in Greenford.
Detailed Job Description
The role of Finance Manager is a pivotal role with their team. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance team. Whilst the duties listed below are important, there are skills outside of these that will stand a candidate in good stead. An entrepreneurial spirit, confidence to show initiative and act on it will prove advantageous in this role.
The role's responsibilities include:
Management of Finance team
Production of monthly management accounts for company and subsidiaries, UK, US, Netherlands, HK, China
Consolidation of monthly management accounts
FX management, hedging, revaluation
Stock and Standard cost management
Balance sheet reconciliations for Group, Company and Subsidiaries
Maintenance of fixed asset register for Company and Subsidiaries
Monthly KPI reporting
Statutory returns (National Statistics, Intrastats, EC Sales Stats, VAT returns)
Liaising with auditors and tax advisors
Annual and 5 year budget packs with analysis
Oversee the stock take audit
Rolling Cash flow and P&L Forecast
Candidate's Profile
The success full candidate will have the following:
Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Advanced Excel skills
An interest in manufacturing and/or engineering would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multi-task
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Background in multi-currency environment
Experience of stock accounting
Proactive and flexible approach; willing to contribute to the ongoing development of the business.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
