Due to continued growth in the Payroll Department, I am looking for an additional Payroll Administrator to join the team for my Swindon based Accountancy Practice

Our client are a leading regional accountancy firm. They have a very prestigious and growing Payroll team, which has a great team culture and great people already established in the team, with room for this position to grow and progress
Description
The responsibilities for this Payroll Administrator based in Swindon are:
- Prioritise time effectively in order to manage own client payroll allocation
- Full client liaison in order to process payroll accurately and efficiently
- Accurately input payroll amendments into the payroll system, produce the output reports and payslips, and check the data before sending to the client
- Ensure accurate calculation of PAYE, NI deductions, statutory absence payments and year end returns.
- Ensure clients are making monthly payments of PAYE to the Collector of Taxes and monitor the receipt of PAYE cheques
- Build productive two-way relationships with clients
- Respond to ad-hoc payroll related queries
- Team Focus
- Help other team members with payroll queries
- Participate in team meetings
Profile
