An outstanding opportunity has become available for an ambitious Financial Controller to join an innovative division of a private equity backed retail business.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will provide support to the senior management team by managing the management reporting function and driving change. There is plenty of autonomy to drive value adding projects, there is also an opportunity to lead and develop a team.
The business has a vibrant, people orientated culture and the opportunity to get on leadership development programs to progress into senior management roles.
If you are highly analytical with strong attention to detail and have the ability delivering accurate information to tight deadlines then this could be a the role for you.
You will also need to be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA) and a people person with the ability to engage stakeholders and lead a high calibre team.
