Manager Licensee Compliance & Audit

A global entertainment business are looking for a Licensee Compliance & Audit Manager to plan manager and executing royalty audits internationally for the consumer products arm of the business.

Reporting in to the VP, you will be responsible for liaising with Consumer Products Licensees (i.e. manufacturing business) and agents throughout the EMEA region to ensuring compliance to the licensee agreements.

This will involve:

• Planning & manage audits by licensee by assisting risk and scope from analysed data.
• Manage workflow of audit team during fieldwork
• Oversea credit & business reviews with the category & finance teams:
• On boarding new licensees while working with the Us compliance teams
• Royalty reporting & AR reviews
• Consult with various departments including; royalties, sales & Legal
• Review and evaluate and communicate findings to licensees
• Train & develop the audit team
• Ad-hoc project work.

Ideally you will be ACA qualified with a practice background with a mix of accounting and internal audit as well as supervisory experience. Experience planning, managing and executing international audits is required, ideally with FMCG, manufacturing or retail business.
