Robertson Bell Finance are excited to be working with a prestigious Not For Profit organisation based in central London, who are currently embarking on a period of change and have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the team.
The Finance Business Partner is very much a business facing finance role and will involve being in regular contact with Senior Management, Functional Heads, Directors and Project Managers for; long term decision making, budgeting, financial planning and project reporting. You will support your non finance budget holders by advising and training them on any areas related to the; budget process and all income and expenditure streams. Additionally, the organisation is investing heavily in redevelopment of new buildings and you will lead on the project accounting.
The Finance Business Partner therefore will not be stuck in a back room with their head in spread sheets. You will be leading on management information, lead on the production and analysis of budgets, oversee the quarterly forecast process for your business area and you will manage a large capital project.
The successful candidate will be an analytical, intelligent, qualified accountant who has the ability and communication skills to build strong working relationships at all levels across the organisation and particularly with non- finance. Candidates from all sectors are highly welcomed to apply, and those with experience of accounting for large capital projects are highly encouraged to send their CV.
