Tailoring company based in London’s Mayfair are looking for an Account Executive to join their team. They need someone to look after the Purchase and Sales ledger and well as getting involved in other areas of finance.
The Business needs someone experienced with both purchase & sales ledger to join them at this exciting time whilst the business progresses and moves forward.
Description
This Account Executive role will involve
Purchase Ledger Duties
- Matching invoices with delivery notes
- Checking invoices to prices charged
- Getting invoices approved by senior Management
- Posting Invoices
Sales Ledger Duties
- Posting cash to customer accounts
- Raising credit notes
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Sending copies of Invoices
- Setting up new customers on the ledgers
General Accounting
- Daily Bank Balancing
- Control Account Reconciliations
