Senior Finance Analyst - Supply Chain
Reading, Berkshire
The role
Looking for a new challenge within Finance Analytics? PepsiCo are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst for our Supply Chain business to join our team for Europe and Sub Saharan Africa (ESSA).
You'll be responsible for providing insightful & actionable reporting for the whole finance and supply chain organisation. Linking with a variety of tools across teams, you will add in financial analytics and pull together meaningful data for people at all levels within the business giving them the tools they need to drive our business forward.
This is a great time to be joining as you will play a major part in the creation of the analytics team. Within the first few months your focus will be around defining modelling, building tools, data gathering and working with your stakeholder networks to establish the strong foundations needed to best help support the business now and in the future.

Accountabilities
- Investigate, discover and execute solutions for inefficiencies around Supply Chain and Supply Chain Finance
- Includes both technical solutions leveraging existing tools (Tableau, Global Brain) as well as discovery and proposal of new solutions currently not leveraged (eg. Maestro)
- Lead projects and leverage existing teams and develop strong relationships within the supply chain community ensuring that only value adding and forward looking projects are implemented
- Support COE/CRT lead in project work and ideation across the sector, ensuring right level of insights and understanding of current solutions, as well as upcoming developments
- Focus on analytics, machine learning and pragmatic predictive modelling/solutions
- Apply financial insight on to non-financial KPIs ensuring delivery of productivities, EVA and support overall analysis
- Will be instrumental in the creation of an analytics team for Supply Chain Finance
- Develop and own supply chain finance capability, including trainings, materials and tools to assist in keeping supply chain finance as a strong business partner for the supply chain function.
What we are looking for
- Finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with commercial experience
- Proven performance track record at work, with strong academic background
- Proven leadership experience; Passion to create change and lead a complex people agenda
- Proven people development skills; exposure to people development techniques, ability to inspire and provide support / coaching
- Strong communicator; ability to prioritise and make trade-offs, strong attention to detail
- Effective influencer; ability to influence at a senior level and collaborate well, managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage technology
- Good knowledge of core business processes
- Experience of working in a global matrix blue chip organisation (FMCG is desirable)
