Axon Moore are representing a successful UK based business with an Oldham based Head Office who are currently recruiting for a Credit Admin Clerk for a 6 to 9 month FTC.
As Credit Administrator you will assist with the smooth running of the Credit Control department by managing administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Duties:
- Working closely with the Credit Control Team, providing support and assistance as and when required.
- Analysing and producing detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports in
- Processing of New Account / Credit Applications
- Reviewing existing accounts and applying for credit limits on New Account applications
- Liaison with the sales force on new accounts and general queries.
- Producing Credit limit maintenance in line with our Credit Policy.
- Raising Manual Invoices and Credit Notes and processing credit & re-invoice requests.
- Query Resolution
- Investigating, logging, resolving disputes
- Providing admin support/assistance to Credit Controllers.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Sending out Statements, Invoices, Reminder Letters etc.
- Filing, faxing and photocopying Invoices
Person Specification:
Intermediate excel skills (v look ups and pivot tables)
Able to work on their own initiative in a busy office environment.
An excellent problem solver, proactive, well organised, focused and confident and enjoys working in a highly targeted environment.
