Commercial Finance Manager

One of the most recognisable brands in the world are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to support one of their Sales channels for the UK market. They are a leader in their industry globally and consistently adding new products to their established portfolio. They business offer all employees autonomy, the ability to be involved in genuinely commercial decisions and opportunities to progress their career globally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as Finance Business Partner working with the Sales and Marketing teams for the grocery sales channel
• Manage the full P&L, covering all sales and costs for this area
• Month end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Scenario modelling on key business issues
• Identification of risks and opportunities for improvement within the brand and category
• Support colleagues in central European HQ and represent the Grocery team in meetings
• Improve processes and systems
• Pricing and promotions analysis
• As hoc reporting and project support

  Applicants must be/ have:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or overseas equivalent)
• Experience supporting the sales, and particularly grocery is highly desired
• The ability to communicate with all levels of business and build rapport with Directors
• Strong interest and previous experience in the FMCG / retail industry
• Leadership and the ability to work in a team
• Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills

They are looking to pay between £45-55k + bens + bonus for the right candidate.
