Group Financial Accountant

This is an opportunity to join a leading global Financial Technology business in a role that will be based in their London offices. Their clients include leading digital companies, social networks and major e-commerce retailers. Having developed a new platform the business is poised for ongoing significant growth.

As Group Financial Accountant you will support the Financial Controller in preparation of the accounts for the management team which will include Board and external investors. The work will include investigation and explanation of major variances to budget and prior year. You will take the lead on technical accounting issues, including analysis and interpretation of the impact of new reporting standards and areas such as share option reporting.

This is an opportunity for an ACA qualified accountant who is considering their first move away from Practice. You will play a key role in the transition of the Group numbers from US GAAP to IFRS. With experience in a listed, international environment you will support the Group Controller and Chief Financial Officer with ad hoc projects and ongoing improvements in the control and reporting processes.
