Group Financial Controller

Stanton House are partnering with a sports marketing and advertising business based in London. They have a £350m turnover and work with a range of prestigious clients from McLaren, EasyJet, HSBC and GSK.

The role is a Group Financial Controller who will report directly into the Group Finance Director. You will be responsible for all areas of group accounting policies, processes and controls. The business is growing significantly which creates an exciting opportunity for you to progress within a company that is highly regarded in the market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership on all technical accounting matters across the group
• Deliver external reporting and audit responsibilities as well as producing the annual report and the CFO's board report
• Follow statutory, regulatory and compliance duties
• Business Partner with the CFO, Deputy CFO, and Group Finance Director and lead work streams through specific M&A activities.

Personal and Professional Competencies:

• Qualified accountant with 3+ Years PQE (Big 4 or Top 10 & ACA preferred)
• Outstanding relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a sound problem solving and creative approach.
• A proven leader and an ability to advice senior stakeholders
