Head of FP&A

Blackwaters is recruiting a Head of FP&A for a growing and fast paced financial services provider based in Petersfield. 

Supporting the Finance Director, this role will have control and ownership over the following:

Business planning

• Create, own and manage mid and long term business plans. 
• Create, produce and maintain scenario forecasting for potential changes
• Produce updates to the forecast to scenario map potential business changes
• Create and develop financial models to support change and advances
• Be able to analyse complex information to provide strong and accurate recommendations for business decision making

Business Information

• Being able to deliver and understand the needs of individual departments, guide these areas with relevant information and provide strong context whist business partnering. 
• Drive changes and efficiencies to ensure understanding around profitability
• Asses and highlight analysis on running trends and monitoring KPI's.

Pricing

• Create, develop and maintain pricing and profitability models whilst maintaining current best practice.

As well as the above you will be responsible for the continued development and mentoring of the team with a strong focus on being able to get stuck in with a hands on approach. 

Strong, clear communication skills will be a must, understanding the key drivers of the business plan and how to action accordingly.

You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with management experience as well as strong FP&A background.
