About the Role

Their finance team are a core function of the company, providing accurate and detailed information on a timely basis to reflect performance and support decision making throughout the organisation.

Joining the team as Accounts Assistant, you will work across the Inventory, Retail and Media Solutions finance team and support the Finance Business Partners and other team members to ensure that the financial performance is reported accurately and timely on a monthly basis.

Processing all elements of sales invoicing including maintaining master customer lists, uploading financials and issuing invoices and statements, you will be responsible for cash book processing and account reconciliations whilst dealing with mandates, setting up and executing direct debit runs.

About You

Experience of working in a finance / accounting environment is highly desirable but not essential – all that they ask is that you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers and are IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The ability to produce accurate information and meeting reporting deadlines is essential.
